Payment Notification Terms

1. Notification of Payment: Each time after making a payment (online transfer, ATM transfer, cash deposit, etc.), you must email the payment details to support@netblyon.com or submit a ticket immediately. Do not rely on the bank's notification, as it may reach us late or not at all.

2. Acknowledgment of Email/Ticket: After emailing us or submitting a ticket, you should receive an auto-generated reply with a ticket number within 5-15 minutes. This confirms your email has reached us. If your issue remains unresolved, do not close this ticket until our staff responds. We typically reply within 15-60 minutes.

3. No Ticket Number Received: If you do not receive a ticket number within 15 minutes, your email did not reach us. Please call our hotline immediately for follow-up. Do not wait hours or days, especially if your payment is urgent. NetBlyon will not be responsible for any loss caused by failure to activate or renew your service on time.

4. Credit/Debit Card Payments: If you make payment via credit/debit card, SenangPay, or available credit in your billing, you will receive a payment receipt automatically. However, services still need manual activation/renewal by our staff. Please send the payment proof to support@netblyon.com or submit a ticket to avoid any delay.

5. Primary Communication Method: Our main communication method is via email (support@netblyon.com) or our ticketing system, which are monitored 24/7. SMS, and WhatsApp messaging are not encouraged as they are seldom monitored. If you do not receive an auto-generated reply with a ticket number within 15 minutes, call our hotline immediately to avoid delays.

6. Acceptance of Terms: By making a payment to NetBlyon's account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the above terms. NetBlyon will not be held responsible for any loss incurred due to failure to adhere to these terms.
